Georgia Rides To The Capitol
One year ago, thousands of Georgia cyclists rallied at their capitol in support of HB 180, a three-foot passing bill. Now law, it is but part of a larger picture outlined by Atlanta Bicycle Coalition Executive Director Rebecca Serna in her op-ed, Complete Streets For All, from today's Atlanta Journal and Constitution.

In Piedmont Park: A Bike Style Summit
In a posting from August titled Snapshot Of A City: Monday, it was my pleasure share with you what three other Atlanta fashion bloggers had found that day. Not long thereafter, Brian Hadden and I would meet by chance at the Decatur Book Festival. No photographs resulted from that event, but today, our nerve broke in Piedmont Park. Putting ourselves through what it is that we ask of others was not only instructive; it was fun. The match was even: two guys, two three-speed bikes, two neckties and two ivy caps. See his views of me on ATL: A Thrift Life.

On Piedmont Road
'Tis safe to say that without the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition and Heels On Wheels, this blog would not exist. Thanks for encouraging me to participate in the People Powered Movement Photo Contest. Please follow this link to see Atlantans among the winning images.
